ALEKSANDRA DIMITROVA
Born in 1986 in Kochani. She graduated from the Lazar Lichenoski School of Applied Arts in Skopje, in the class of professors Angele Gavrovski and Gazanfer Bayram. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje with a degree in painting with conservation and restoration in the class of Prof. Blagoja Manevski. She holds a master’s degree in the class of Prof. Jovan Shumkovski.
She has 8 solo exhibitions in Macedonia. She has participated in several art colonies, seminars, symposiums and group exhibitions in the country and abroad. She is a member of the Society of Fine Arts of Macedonia DLUM in Skopje and is a member of the board of DAF in Kochani. Together with the Municipality of Kochani she is the organizer of the Youth International Art Colony “St. Panteleimon”- in Kochani.
Since 2015 she has been employed at NUCK “Beli Mugri” – Kochani as a professional associate for visual arts, architecture and design, as well as a professor of fine arts in the school of drawing and painting. From 2017 to 2020 she held the position of Director at NUCK “Beli Mugri” – Kochani.
